Hilton Vienna Waterfront Hotel

The staff is genuinely helpful and patient.

Best possible and prime location, 50 minutes walk from Pirat Bucht beach. Service-oriented and well-trained staff; easy check in. Nicely decorated and air-conditioned room, comfortable bed.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Hotel turned out to be perfectly clean and the breakfast option was incredible and awesome. It was in a residential setting quite close to the subway.

Didn't like the area, it was inconvenient.

I liked the interior, the staff, the view from the window, cleanliness, the kitchen.

Very friendly staff at reception. Beautiful view of the Danube. Comfortable on the whole.

There were so many people at breakfast, there was nowhere to sit, there was no queue for coffee, there were not enough dishes.

Consider dining outdoors by the river for a unique experience and fresh air during your stay-it's a great way to unwind.

A good location and excellent hotel if you are attending an event taking place at the stadium. On the other hand the connections to the city center are great, so I'd recommend it anyway.

Everything was perfect! Spacy room, beautiful view over the river and all what I need to relax!

slow check-out - be prepared for long waiting in the morning

I enjoyed the outdoor terrace overlooking the river for lunch with friends. The staff were helpful in accommodating our early check-in, made settling in easier after our journey. It reminded me of how food brings people together, similar to gatherings in Rome.

I noticed that the bar service was inefficient. It took a long time to get drinks, which detracted from the experience. The pool area felt crowded, limiting relaxation time.

Excellent facilities and professional staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable overlooking the Danube River. Very quiet location with wide window to open for fresh air. Excellent breakfast

Hotel positioned out of centre of Vienna so either taxi or train transport needed to explore the city. However, the walk to the train station is only 10 minutes.

Big spacious room, very fast elevator. Airport bus shuttle stops before the hotel, very close to Ernst Happel Stadium. Coffee and Tea making facilities.

Small noisy elevator (room service?) in service room next to our room made noise during nights and early morning. I had not expect this in a hotel like this.

The outdoor pool was great, but the water pressure was inconsistent.

The hotel is located a little far from city center but you can access easily the center by Metro about 15 min. But the hotel is located near by Danube which is very nice and has interesting view,hotel rooms are clean and recently renewed.

The downside of hotel was reception staff which are not freindly and helpful at all,as the reception is the first and last imperrsion from hotel so their behevior is very important and I hope that managment will take care about that.

It was excellent value for money, professional staff and fantastic location. When we arrived we were given the option of a river view room with full American breakfast or city view room with full club room access where we had free drinks and snacks from 6-8 and extensive continental breakfast the next morning. When I booked I booked a room only with no breakfast so it was an amazing extra to recieve at no extra charge. We live in Dubai and have stayed in some amazing hotels but I would put the Hilton Vienna up there with the best of them. We will definately be back.
